Friday - Pajama Day

T T was so glad that they got this day approved. She is an 8th grade SBO (student body officer) and so she got to help plan spirit week.

I actually got her yawning in this one.

This morning she just chuckled when I said, picture time. Silly mom and all her pictures....but, that is part of my job description right?!

Wild West Wednesday

T T would love to own a horse and live on a farm one day. And seeing her in a cowboy hat, I can see why. She makes a very cute "COWGIRL". She said this is her favorite day so far!

Thanks to Aunt Stef for the hat and jacket. :) And can you believe that my cowboy boots almost fit her. She is growing up!!!

EARTH GIRL

Here she is...our newest SUPER HERO! EARTH GIRL....PROTECTOR OF ALL LIVING THINGS...and she even carries a re-usable bag for learning! This was so fun to do. It helps when TT's favorite color is green.:)

Note: No living thing was destroyed while making this outfit. All things are re-usable. :)

Just chillin'!

Here is my sweet oldest girl just climbing trees in her pajamas. I love that she is so comfortable with herself. She is definately her own person. She is such a good BIG sister. The little girls adore her and always want to be with her or do what she is doing. (Whether it is creating something with play doh, playing the piano, going outside..etc.) I am so grateful for the example she sets. I love you TT!

T T had a Mystery Birthday Party for her 13th birthday. Everyone came dressed in character and after much food, games and clues ...they discovered who was the Kidnapper. But don't worry..no charges were filed and the kidnapper was very sorry ;).

Yep, I have a teenager!

We are officially parents of a teenager. T T turned 13 on August 4th. She is such an amazing young woman and I am so happy that I can be her mom. She is so excited for school to start. She ran to be an SBO (student body officer) for 8th grade and made it. She is so ambitious. Last year she took orchestra and learned how to play the violin. At the end of the year her instructor asked for a first year violinist to volunteer to play at 7th grade orientation, well she volunteered and I was told she did great. She has already played the piano in sacrament meeting 3 times. She was 10 years old the first time. She has so much more courage than I did at that age. Good for you, TT! I am so excited you are now a teenager. You will be great!
